D&D Billet Cat 2-1 Black Exhaust System 09-16 FLH

The D&D Billet Cat 2-1 exhaust system is a stepped header system which offers 1 3/4" at the head, to 1 7/8" to 2 1/8" at the collector and 2 1/2" where the muffler connects to the header and features a 4" muffler body. The Billet Cat is equipped with heat shields, bolt kit, brackets and baffle. The Billet Cat is designed and dyno tested at D&D's facilities to increase low end torque as well as horsepower. The included Vortex wrapped baffle works great on 107" up to 124" built motors. Performance increases are about 8-10% with the proper tune on your motorcycle.

The Billet Cat system also includes a set of oxygen sensor bungs. At idle, the motorcycle is deep, boomy and full of character.

Note: Blueing and discoloration are caused by excessive heat / improper tuning and will not be covered under D&D's warranty.
