Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money order, Cashiers Check, and PayPal. Please note that all payments must be made in US Dollars.

Q: How is the shipping cost calculated?

We aim to keep shipping costs down to the absolute lowest price. There are many items which lead to the shipping cost such as packaging (e.g. packing material or the box your item(s) ship in) or surcharges. There are over 42,000 zip codes in the United States and over half of these zip codes incur a Delivery Area Surcharge (DAS). Essentially the DAS is a surcharge for not living close enough to a FedEx / UPS hub and range from $3.10 up to $3.80 per shipment. In addition, residential deliveries through FedEx / UPS have a $3.10 residential surcharge! Lastly, credit card companies and PayPal collect their percentage fees on shipping costs as well. Even with all of these expenses we aim to keep shipping rates as low as possible and have introduced Economy shipping which avoids most surcharges to offer you a lower rate, however transit time may take up to 8 business days.

Q: How does shipping work for orders shipped within the USA?

Fuel Moto offers the best shipping in the USA. Our parts are in stock and ready to ship and 95% of our customer orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. If your order cannot be shipped within this time we will let you know at the time of your order. We ship via FedEx or USPS with next day or second day shipping available. We also offer FedEx SmartPost shipping which leaves Fuel Moto on a FedEx truck and is delivered to residential addresses via the United States Postal Service. The benefit of SmartPost is the cost savings in shipping however this service will typically take 1-7 additional business days depending on your location. Shipping and delivery information is available when you place your order and we can help decide which option is best for you. Orders placed through our website will have your tracking information posted to your account as it becomes available while orders placed over the telephone will have tracking information shipped at the end of the business day your items ship. Are you curious how long before your order is received? Although we do our best to ship the same day or no later than the next business day after you place the order, below is our zone map for FedEx. When placing an order we email the tracking number which provides an exact ship quote.

Q: How does shipping work for orders shipped outside of the USA?

International orders are shipped via either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx and we can quote these prices at the time you place your order. Typically USPS is the preferred shipment method as it does not involve a broker leading to a lower overall shipment cost however FedEx may be required for larger items such as exhaust components. Normal shipping time is 3-10 working days to most countries once shipped. Some international packages may take 5-7 days before they are shipped. There also may be additional time needed for customs clearance. Packages can be tracked and are shipped with the original invoice and all proper customs documentation. Depending on your country, there may be additional charges such as brokerage fees or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. International buyers are urged to become familiar with your countries policies on applicable import duty, VAT and taxes. Please do not ask us to mark as a gift, sample, with a lower value or otherwise. Note: Fuel Moto will not respond to emails or questions asking us to send as a gift, sample, or with a lower value and we reserve the right to cancel your order if you request this.

Q: How does warranty work?

All warranties are handled by the manufacturers directly. Customers are responsible for return shipping for all warranty products. Dynojet fuel tuner warranty issues are handled directly through Dynojet in Las Vegas, NV as this is their policy. Dynojet will repair or replace the unit at their discretion. For USA and Canada customers purchasing Dynojet Power Commanders, Fuel Moto also doubles the warranty and will cover any non-warranty Power Commander repair cost for the second year (not including shipping). Second year warranty parts must be shipped to Fuel Moto directly. Second year Fuel Moto warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Additionally, if you are located outside of the USA or Canada, manufacturer warranties do not apply to any product sold outside of the USA unless purchased from the official distributor in that country. Dynojet products shipped outside of North America do not have a warranty. (regardless of the seller) Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on warranty parts.

Q: What conditions are implied with an order?

All tuning components and exhaust systems sold by Fuel Moto are intended for off-road use only and are not emissions compliant or legal for street use. For complete details please see the Emissions Notice page.

Q: How do I return a purchased item to Fuel Moto?

All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. There are absolutely no returns accepted more than 30 days after purchase date. To return a part you must first contact us via telephone and you will receive a return authorization number if you are within 30 days of the purchase date and the item has not been installed. If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. There are no returns on special orders, installed, or electrical & tuning components including Dynojet tuning products. If you have spoken to a Fuel Moto representative and have a Return Authorization number for your return, please print, fill out, and include the following form with your return: Fuel Moto Returns Form.

Once the item is received by Fuel Moto we will inspect and process the refund to the original form of payment. If purchased with a credit card, typically the refund is received within 3-5 business days.

Q: How do I return engine components to Fuel Moto?

If you have purchased a engine components from Fuel Moto and are looking to return your engine components for your core refund, returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. Whether the engine parts being sent to Fuel Moto are being sent in to be serviced or for a core refund, please print, fill out, and include the following form with your return to expedite the process: Fuel Moto Engine Component Returns Form.

We cannot stress enough to properly package your engine components when shipping them. Please do not use bubble wrap or tissue paper as the weight of engine components will tear through them and typically the parts will arrive to Fuel Moto damaged. If you select during the order process or at other times when you submit personally identifiable information, the information you provide may be used by Fuel Moto to create and deliver to you our newsletters, surveys or other communications containing product information. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us. This way, even if someone else accesses the account information stored on your computer, they won't be able to use your credit card.

E-mail is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit credit card numbers. We will only display the last 4 digits of your credit card number on your account.
