Fuel Moto Dynamic Exhaust Tuning Inserts
Unleash the performance from your exhaust system with dyno proven gains. Fuel Moto tunable inserts incorporate an adjustable/tunable valve that optimizes velocity and reduces reversion for significantly better low RPM power, increased throttle response, and better tunability. Installation is easy, and the inserts can be adjusted without muffler removal, and they can also be removed at any time. The inserts were developed on the dyno among many different engine & exhaust combinations for best overall performance as well as excellent sound.
We offer two different styles of inserts:
12" Insert fits Jackpot mufflers with V2 baffles and many S&S mufflers. This includes all current Jackpot Hi Roller & Outlaw mufflers that have 3 bolt holes in the back of the baffle. 5 minute install simply requires removing the 3 screws, removing the current inserts (if installed) and bolting the Fuel Moto Dynamic inserts in place. These are sold as a set. These inserts offer more sound & growl, as well as tunability over the inserts that come standard in these mufflers. Also a direct bolt in for S&S Grand National and Slash mufflers that utilize the 3 mounting holes.
6" Insert Universal 2.5" fitment. Fits most systems that utilize 2.5" O.D baffles. This includes many Rinehart, S&S MK45, Vance & Hines, Bassani, and a wide range of other exhaust systems (does not fit Rinehart Twin Cam mufflers). Also fits many 2/1 exhaust systems that use a 2.5" baffle, fits Jackpot Road & Track 2/1 system, and first generation Hi Roller mufflers. Requires muffler disassembly, inserts are secured with a button head allen screw. These are available as a set or individually. IMPORTANT NOTE: due to the many different baffles and models among the various manufacturers it is important that you measure the size of your baffle core.
