    Description

    CP Carrillo High Performance 107" (3.937" bore) big bore replacement pistons for 2007-later Harley Davidson 96" & 103" Twin Cam engines with 4.375" stroke

    Manufactured to be the performance piston available. Constructed from from 2618 forged and heat treated alloy. Held to the most detailed inspection and tolerances featuring forced pin oiling, advanced cam and barrel skirt profiles, and the flattest ring grooves possible. Specs below assume stock 86cc head volume unless noted otherwise. Pistons work with stock tapered or aftermarket H-beam rods. 

    Available in the following configurations for 07-later Twin Cam engines with 4.375" stroke:

    • BHM107-FT - 107" Flat Top piston, 10.25:1 compression, -1.6cc dome 
    • BHM107-3 - 107" +3cc dome piston, 10.5:1 compression
    • BHM107-6 - 107" +6cc dome piston, 10.75:1 compression
