The Fuel Moto M8 128"piston & cylinder kits takes your 2024-2025 Harley Davidson Gen 2 Milwaukee-8 117" engine to 128" without engine case boring. Includes choice of CP Carrillo pistons with 11.0:1 or 11.5:1 compression ratio. Includes new 4.250" cylinders, and Cometic MLS heads & base gaskets. This kit works on 2024-later Milwaukee-Eight 117" 4.5" stroke engines (Gen 2) Touring & Softail. Recommended for use with Gen 2 specific camshafts.

The Fuel Moto M8 128" big bore kit includes new Extreme Duty cylinders with high strength ductile iron sleeves, bore/hone finish work is done on OEM level machinery to exact tolerances. Cylinders have black finish with silver polished highlights. Manufactured by S&S Cycle in Viola, WI USA. MLS head & base gaskets are included.
You will need an exhaust system, air cleaner, EFI tuner, and clutch spring and/or lockup to support the appropriate power level of this kit. Milwaukee-8 engines also require larger fuel injectors. Fuel Moto engine kits require installation by a qualified mechanic with experience in engine building and the appropriate tools to check all clearances & tolerances during engine assembly following the OEM service manual procedures and any additional instructions provided. You will need a OEM service manual and some specialty tools such as a inner cam bearing removal/install tool. These engine kits also require comprehensive EFI tuning by a tuner with experience & knowledge of Gen 2 tuning strategies. The Fuel Moto 128" big bore kit exceeds the flow capabilities of the OEM injectors and will require the 5.5G/Sec high-flow injector upgrade kit. These injectors are a direct upgrade for your OEM injectors.
The Fuel Moto / AIM variable pressure clutch is the most cost effective and powerful kit available to upgrade your H-D stock clutch to handle the added power of the Fuel Moto big bore kit. Developed by Fuel Moto with a specific weight combination to suit our engine packages this clutch will support up to 135 horsepower / torque with the upgraded springs.
The Dynojet Power Vision is a flash based fuel tuning tool which allows your motorcycle to be properly re-tuned for your Fuel Moto big bore kit and other performance modifications. We do offer base fuel maps and continued fuel map support for your big bore kit with the Power Vision at no additional cost.
The Jackpot Milwaukee-Eight 2/1/2 Stainless Steel Head Pipe was designed specifically for the tuning & performance characteristics of the new Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight. Fuel Moto has spent countless hours developing our head pipe and our systems continue to be the highest quality, best performing head pipes on the market! The Jackpot head pipe accepts the factory M8 heat shields we have made installation extremely easy by incorporating heat shield alignment tabs into the design. These alignment tabs allow for precise heat shield fitment and allow for the stock look without the excessive heat.
The Fuel Moto M8 Level B CNC cylinder head was developed through dyno & extensive flowbench testing to deliver maximum performance on hi-output H-D Milwaukee-Eight engines. The Fuel Moto M8 Level B heads are fully CNC ported and are best suited to 117" & larger engines developing 130-150 horsepower.
