What is a Power Commander and how does it work?

The Power Commander is a fuel injection adjustment module that plugs "inline"
with the bikes' stock ECU. The PC uses original equipment style connectors so
that no splicing or cutting of the harness is required. Most installations take less
than 15 minutes, some as little as 5 minutes. Changes are made to the bikes fuel
(and ignition timing curves on Harley Davidson models) via the PC's onboard
microprocessor. Using this technology the Power Commander offers a large area
of adjustment without making any permanent changes to the bikes factory ECU.
Changes are made by making adjustments to a "Map" that is loaded into the unit.
Removing the PC returns the bike to its previous stock condition. The Power
Commander is the best EFI tuning module available. We install and dyno tune bikes
everyday. We have installed and tuned most of the other various brands of EFI
modules and because of the excellent performance gains, price, and ease of use we
now sell the Dynojet Power Commander exclusively.

Will Fuel Moto pre-program my Power Commander?

Yes, Fuel Moto will pre-program the Power Commander based on the modifications
you have done to your bike. We are not simply loading a map, we are programming
the Power Commander with maps that have been developed for the intake and exhaust
changes you have made to your bike using our experience and expertise from years of
dyno tuning. We can download and set up the Accelerator pump feature which increases
throttle response and off idle abruptness. We can also take into consideration your riding
style or special concerns such as fuel mileage. We have the largest map database in the
country and we develop maps daily on our Dynojet 250i dyno, feel free to contact us for

What's included with the Power Commander?

The Power Commander is brand new in the original package. The unit comes complete
with the detailed instructions, 9V adapter for powering up the unit off of the bike, USB
cable link and Windows software that allows you to change between different maps or
make adjustments to a map file.

How long is the warranty?

The standard Dynojet warranty is one year. Fuel Moto also doubles the warranty
making the warranty period two full years. Additionally, Dynojet does not offer warranty
on products sold outside of the USA unless purchased from the official distributor in your
country.
