Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money order, Cashiers Check, and PayPal. We also offer easy payment & financing thru Affirm. Please note that all payments must be made in US Dollars.

Q: How is the shipping cost calculated?

We offer free shipping on most items over $99.00 (excluding exhaust systems, engine kits, and crate engines) On product which do incur a shipping charge we aim to keep shipping costs down to the lowest price. There are many items which lead to the shipping cost such as packaging (e.g. packing material or the box your item(s) ship in) or surcharges. There are over 42,000 zip codes in the United States and over half of these zip codes incur a Delivery Area Surcharge (DAS). Essentially the DAS is a surcharge for not living close enough to a FedEx / UPS hub and range from $3.10 up to $3.80 per shipment. In addition, residential deliveries through FedEx / UPS have a $3.10 residential surcharge! 

Q: How does shipping work for orders shipped within the USA?

Fuel Moto offers the quickest shipping services in the industry, 95% of our customer orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If your order cannot be shipped within this time we will let you know when we process your order. We ship via FedEx with next day or second day shipping available. Shipping and delivery information is available when you place your order and we can help decide which option is best for you. Orders placed through our website will have your tracking information posted to your account as it becomes available while orders placed over the telephone will have tracking information shipped at the end of the business day your items ship. Are you curious how long before your order is received? Although we do our best to ship the same day or no later than the next business day after you place the order, below is our zone map for FedEx. When placing an order we email the tracking number which provides an exact ship quote. Note: Fuel Moto ships products Monday thru Friday, we do not ship on weekends or on Holidays

Q: How does shipping work for orders shipped outside of the USA?

Important Note: All International orders are processed thru Paypal, you can can use an major credit card thru Paypal. International orders are shipped FedEx and we will quote shipping costs at the time you place your order. Normal shipping time is 3-10 working days to most countries once shipped, aome international packages may take 5-7 days before they are shipped. There also may be additional time needed for customs clearance. Packages can be tracked and are shipped with the original invoice and all proper customs documentation. Depending on your country, there may be additional charges such as brokerage fees or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. International buyers are urged to become familiar with your countries policies on applicable import duty, VAT and taxes. Please do not ask us to mark as a gift, sample, with a lower value or otherwise. Note: Fuel Moto will not respond to emails or questions asking us to send as a gift, sample, or with a lower value and we reserve the right to cancel your order if you request this.

Q: How does warranty work?

All warranties expressed or implied are handled by the product manufacturer directly. Unless written warranty is provided at the time of sale there is no warranty. Fuel Moto disclaims any and all liability for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages or expenses of any kind such as shipping or labor related to the products sold thru this website or storefront whether or not the Buyer was advised of the possibility of damage arising or resulting from the use or performance of the product. For USA and Canada customers purchasing Dynojet Power Commander & Power Vision products, Fuel Moto doubles the warranty and will cover any non-warranty unit repair cost or replacement for the second year (not including shipping). Second year warranty parts must be shipped to Fuel Moto directly. Second year Fuel Moto warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Additionally, if you are located outside of the USA or Canada, manufacturer warranties do not apply to any product sold outside of the USA unless purchased from the official distributor in that country. Performance related engine components such as big bore kits are intended for high performance & racing applications. Use of these parts may affect your factory warranty and are intended for off road use only, because we do not have control over engine assembly, break in, or tuning there is NO WARRANTY on these components. Engine kits require installation by a qualified technician with experience in performance engine building. Specialty tools are required to ensure proper clearances and tolerances are achieved. Engine components require use of the OEM service manual and any additional instructions provided. Most importantly a proper break in and comprehensive tuning is mandatory and essential. This process needs to start immediately at engine start up. If the engine is not assembled, broke in, tuned, or maintained correctly there is a strong likeliness of engine failure. 

Q: What conditions are implied with an order?

All components sold by Fuel Moto thru either the website or storefront are intended for off-road use only and are not emissions compliant or legal for street use unless noted otherwise. Flash tuning products such as Dynojet Power Vision & V&H Fuelpak FP3 marry to a single VIN. 

Q: How do I return a purchased item to Fuel Moto?

All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. There are absolutely no returns accepted more than 30 days after purchase date. To return a part you must first contact us via telephone and you will receive a return authorization number if you are within 30 days of the purchase date and the item has not been installed. If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. There are no returns on special orders, installed parts, or electrical & tuning components including Dynojet tuning products. Flash tuning products such as Dynojet Power Vision & V&H Fuelpak FP3 marry to a single VIN and cannot be returned. There are also no refunds on tune licenses and buy-in tune support. 

If you have spoken to a Fuel Moto representative and have a Return Authorization number for your return, please print, fill out, and include the following form with your return: Fuel Moto Returns Form.

Once the item is received by Fuel Moto we will inspect and process the refund to the original form of payment. If purchased with a credit card, typically the refund is received within 3-5 business days.

Q: What are the terms in regards to pricing & promotions?

Fuel Moto reserves the right to edit or cancel any discount, coupon code, promotion, or sales price. We also reserve the right to cancel any order at any time whether it is placed thru our website or by phone. 

Q: How do I return engine components to Fuel Moto?

If you have purchased a engine components from Fuel Moto and are looking to return your engine components for your core refund, returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. Whether the engine parts being sent to Fuel Moto are being sent in to be serviced or for a core refund, please print, fill out, and include the following form with your return to expedite the process: Fuel Moto Engine Component Returns Form.

We cannot stress enough to properly package your engine components when shipping them. Please do not use bubble wrap or tissue paper as the weight of engine components will tear through them and typically the parts will arrive to Fuel Moto damaged.
