Description

The D&D Boss Fat Cat 2-into-1 exhaust system is an excellent choice for engines with performance modifications from stock to plus-25% displacement, delivering a torque curve that is high and wide, with a strong top-end pull. Excellent workmanship inside and out; broad power design really shows up on the dyno.

Harley Dyna 2:1 Fat Cat is a stepped header system at the head is 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" at collector and 2 1/2" where the muffler goes to the header. All full systems are equipped with heat shields, bolt kit, brackets, exhaust gaskets and baffles. Each exhaust system is designed and dyno tested with Harley SE Tuner. Every pipe is designed to increase low-end torque and horsepower. Performance increases are about 8 to 10 percent with the proper tune on the bike. Upswept muffler for better ground clearance.

All models are available in brilliant chrome or high-temperature black powder coat finish. Includes full-length header heat shields to ensure great looks over the long haul.

Louvered baffles are for 80" to Stock 103" motors
Perforated Wrapped baffles are for Stage 4 103" to 113" motors
Note: The inter core of the Louvered baffle is 2 1/4"
Note: The inter core of the Perforated Wrapped baffle is 2 1/2"

Will fit 2014-2017 Dyna Low Rider and Low Rider S with minor adjustments to the brake pedal.
