Description

Our value priced Fuel Moto SP 128" big bore kit takes your 107" M8 engine to 124" with no engine case boring required, it was developed to work with a wide range of M8 cams and components. The 10.75:1 lower compression kit works especially well with shorter lift/duration bolt in cams such as the Wood WM8-22x, 22XE, & 222, Redshift RS-468, Star 30/30, S&S 475, CR 480 and other similar grinds. We also offer this kit with 11.0:1 pistons for use with a bit larger camshafts etc.. Includes custom piston kit, new cylinders, and Cometic MLS heads & base gaskets. This kit works on 2017-later Milwaukee-Eight 114 & 117" engines (air cooled & twin cooled) Touring and Softail. Works with stock or ported heads

CP Carrillo Forged pistons 4.250" bore, Choice of 10.75:1 or 11.0:1 compression ratio, manufactured in USA. The ring end gap is already set

The Fuel Moto SP 128" 10.75 big bore kit includes new cylinders globally sourced from Daytona, quality meets or exceeds the OEM cylinders (click here for our 128 kit that includes USA made cylinders)  Cylinders are black with silver polished highlights. Cometic MLS head & base gaskets are included. These cylinders are proven for excellent overall durability & longevity
 

What else do I need?

You will need an exhaust system, air cleaner, EFI tuner, and clutch spring and/or lockup to support the appropriate power level of this kit. Milwaukee-8 engines also require larger fuel injectors. Fuel Moto engine kits require installation by a qualified mechanic with experience in engine building and the appropriate tools to check all clearances & tolerances during engine assembly following the OEM service manual procedures and any additional instructions provided. You will need a OEM service manual and some specialty tools such as a inner cam bearing removal/install tool. These engine kits also require comprehensive tuning, we will supply the appropriate FM base tune. Check our FM University site for helpful tips and info.
