Fuel Moto Level Z +2 CNC Cylinder Head Porting for Harley Davidson Gen 2 Milwaukee-8 Engines

Level Z +2 CNC ported cylinder heads with 2mm oversize valves are available for 2024-later Harley Davidson Milwaukee-8 engines Gen 2 engines (including 2023.5 later CVO VVT, 24-later Softail, 24-later Center Cooled models). The Level Z +2 heads were developed for top level performance, recommended for engines in the 150-200HP range. Dyno proven to make big power! These heads have Screamin Eagle port profile and require the appropriate intake manifold/throttle body, most preferrably is the Fuel Moto 68mm Throttle Body manifold

Gen 2 Level Z +2 Cylinder Heads Includes the Following:

• extensive CNC porting for maximum velocity & cylinder fill, extensive flow bench & dyno validation 
• New +2mm oversize Intake & Exhaust valves
• 89cc combustion chamber
• New/replaced intake & exhaust seats 
• Competition valve job
• Premium .580" lift beehive style valve springs as standard
• *Optional* .600" lift Wood Performance springs, or .640" lift Star Racing springs w/ titanium retainers
• New valve guide seals
• Coolant passage welded shut on deck surface
• Re-machining of gasket surfaces
• Heads are sonic cleaned, thoroughly tested
• Exchange with core charge or send in your heads to be serviced

Fuel Moto Level Z Gen 2 heads are machined to match the Screamin Eagle port profile. Requires Fuel Moto 68mm Throttle Body manifold, SE 68mm Throttle Body & manifold or other induction system that is configured for the Screamin Eagle port profile. Fuel Moto Level Z Gen 2 heads Will not match up to the stock intake manifold.
