Fuel Moto Level AX CNC Cylinder Head Porting for Harley Davidson Gen 2 Milwaukee-8 Engines

Level AX CNC ported cylinder heads are available for 2024-later Harley Davidson Milwaukee-8 engines Gen 2 engines (including 2023.5 later CVO VVT, 24-later Softail, 24-later Center Cooled models). The Level AX is our value priced head, taking the Gen 2 head to the next level with full CNC porting, new valve springs, seals, competition valve job, welded and machined deck surface. Best suited to engines in the 140-160 HP range and works great with an assortment of different camshafts. These heads have Screamin Eagle port profile and require the appropriate intake manifold/throttle body, most preferrably is the Fuel Moto 68mm Throttle Body manifold

Gen 2 Level AX Cylinder Heads Includes the Following:

• fully CNC ported  
• New +0 (stock size) Stainless intake & Inconel exhaust valves
• 89cc combustion chamber
• Competition valve job
• Premium .600" lift beehive style valve springs
• New valve guide seals
• Coolant passage welded shut on deck surface
• Re-machining of gasket surfaces
• Heads are sonic cleaned, thoroughly tested
• Exchange with core charge or send in your heads to be serviced

Fuel Moto Level AX Gen 2 heads are machined to match the Screamin Eagle port profile. Requires Fuel Moto 68mm Throttle Body manifold, SE 68mm Throttle Body & manifold or other induction system that is configured for the Screamin Eagle port profile. Fuel Moto Level AX Gen 2 heads Will not match up to the stock intake manifold.
