S&S Cycle +4 drive cam sprocket is a direct replacement for the factory outer sprocket, much more precise fit than the loose fitting OEM sprocket on H-D Milwaukee-8 and Twin Cam engines. Allows users to advance +4 degrees or retard -4 degrees (by flipping the sprocket over).

Fits 07-later Twin Cam engines (and 06 Dyna models) & all Milwaukee-8 engines 

Allows +4 or -4 cam timing
