More than two years of testing and development went into these one-of-a-kind Gear Driven Cams manufactured by Andrews Products for the Award Winning Knight Prowler Cams. As we all know, gear drives require less power to operate than chain driven cams. Dyno test results show gains of 4 horsepower over similar engines with chain driven camshafts. Gear driven camshafts require a more strict runout on the crank and therefore may require additional servicing to factory bottom end for use.
