Head & Porting Service

Fuel Moto offers comprehensive in-house cylinder head services
for late model Harley Twin cam engines. With nearly 20 years
of porting experience in a wide range of applications we can provide
a cylinder head package for nearly any combination using our proven
programs that have been developed on the flow bench, the dyno, and in real world testing for maximum
performance and driveability. We use only the absolute finest parts
and components from manufacturers such as Wood Performance, AV&V,
and Kibblewhite and all of our R&D, porting, and machine
work is done in-house. Fuel Moto is equipped with a Superflow flow bench
with data acquisition capabilities, Serdi valve tooling, and an
extensive library of porting equipment. All design and
development is tested and verified on
our Dynojet 250i chassis dyno.
Customer supplied cylinder
heads are turned around in 2-5 days in most cases, we also have a
limited supply of heads ready to go with a core exchange. Fuel Moto
also carries completely finished heads from brand new Harley

Moto Level A cylinder head is our most basic performance cylinder
head and includes the following:
- complete disassembly,
inspection, and cleaning of cylinder heads
- Street porting with an
emphasis on low end torque and throttle response
- CC combustion chamber,
set to desired spec
- Serdi valve
job
- Stock Valves and
Springs are inspected, tested, and retained
- Machine/Install
compression releases if required (+$100.00)
- 2-5 day turnaround on
customer supplied heads
- ALL WORK IS DONE IN
HOUSE
Level B $699.00
The Fuel Moto Level B
cylinder head is our premium Street Performance head. It was
developed for excellent all around performance gains, it
works especially well with 103" and 107" builds and includes
the following:
- complete
disassembly, inspection, and cleaning of cylinder heads
- Extensive porting,
texturing, and blending with an emphasis on best all around
performance
- Exhaust port and
and combustion chamber are fully polished
- Oversize Stainless
1.900" Intake 1.610" Exhaust valves
- Serdi

- Fuel Moto cryogenic
coated extreme duty
beehive style valve springs up to .600 lift
- CC combustion
