With nearly 20 years of porting experience in a wide range of applications we can provide a cylinder head package for nearly any combination using our proven programs that have been developed on the flow bench, the dyno, and in real world testing for maximum performance and drive-ability. We use only the absolute finest parts and components from manufacturers such as Wood Performance, AV&V and all of our R&D is done in-house. Fuel Moto is equipped with a Superflow flow bench with data acquisition capabilities, a well equipped machine shop, and all design and development is tested and verified on our Dynojet 250i chassis dyno.

We have a good supply of heads ready to go for core exchange, customer supplied cylinder heads are generally turned around in 2 weeks. During the winter months this time frame may be extended and we ask that you please contact us for details.
Available for both air cooled and twin cooled H-D models, the Fuel Moto Level B CNC cylinder head is our premium street performance head. It was developed over hundreds of dyno runs with a wide range of combinations for best overall performance gains, it works especially well with 103" and 107" builds and makes exceptionally broad torque along with high RPM horsepower. Our new CNC ported head offers unmatched consistency and accuracy.
Available for both air cooled and twin cooled H-D models, the Fuel Moto Level 'C' CNC cylinder head was developed for those looking for maximum horspower in 103, 107, & 117" builds. The Level 'C' head is fully CNC machined (including the combustion chamber) which offers unmatched consistency and accuracy. Like our popular Level 'B' head, the Level 'C' offers an excellent combination of horsepower & torque however the Level C carries the horsepower slightly further along with its 5/16" valve stem & .650 lift springs which allows for use of higher lift cams.

The CVO CNC cylinder head was developed with peak performance in mind for the CVO 110" motor or with the Fuel Moto 113" CVO big bore kit. The CVO CNC heads are fully CNC machined with a port profile developed by Rick Ward (of NHRA Pro Stock fame) and are capable of producing 125+ hp
Fuel Moto Street Outlaw cylinder heads are designed for maximum horsepower & torque in high output applications and are based on S&S Super Stock castings. FM Outlaw heads are fully CNC machined including the ports and combustion chamber. Works excellent on 107", 110", 117" & 124" applications, Fuel Moto has special pistons available for many combinations. Heads are brand new, no core charge required.
